Monthly, every third Wednesday
Mickleton gardening club is a thriving village organisation with over 100 members and provides monthly events throughout the year every 3rd Wednesday at 7pm from February to November in King George's Hall in Chapel Lane, Mickleton.
We aim to appeal to anyone interested in gardens, gardening and visiting gardens. Our members are of all ages and abilities so whether you're dipping your toe into container gardening or a seasoned horticultural expert you'll find something to interest you.
We don't fill the evenings with Latin names for plants but just aim to bring together people from Mickleton and surrounding villages who gain enjoyment from their gardens or listening about others'.
Notices of our events can be seen on the village noticeboards on our website and on the Gloucestershire Federation of Gardening Societies website. We are also pleased to support and encourage the children and young people of the village to garden, including those in the primary school and in Mickleton’s “Young Gardeners Club” who tend two allotment sites in the village.
